Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All digital products (checklists, ebooks, planning tools, and bundles) are non-refundable once access has been granted. Due to the digital nature of these products, they cannot be returned after delivery.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The product was not delivered due to a technical error
  • Access to the product failed due to a system issue on our end
  • A duplicate charge occurred

3. Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through the contact page with your order details, including the email address used for purchase and a description of the issue.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
