1. Overview

These terms apply to all safari advisors and consultants listed on the Safari Intelligence LLC platform. By being listed or claiming a listing, advisors agree to the following terms.

2. Independent Status

Advisors listed on Safari Intelligence LLC are independent professionals or businesses. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Safari Intelligence LLC.

3. Responsibility for Advice

Advisors are solely responsible for:

  • The quality and accuracy of their advice and recommendations
  • Any services they provide to travelers
  • Compliance with applicable professional standards and regulations
  • All interactions and agreements with clients

4. No Guarantees to Users

Safari Intelligence LLC does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of advice provided by listed advisors. Travelers should exercise their own judgment when engaging advisor services.

5. Listing Management

Safari Intelligence LLC reserves the right to:

  • Add, modify, or remove advisor listings at any time
  • Assign or change verification badges based on internal criteria
  • Remove listings that violate these terms

6. User Data

Advisors must handle all user data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. User information shared through Safari Intelligence LLC must be used solely for the purpose of providing requested advisory services.
