Operator Terms

1. Overview

These terms apply to all safari operators listed on the Safari Intelligence LLC platform. By being listed or claiming a listing, operators agree to the following terms.

2. Independent Business Status

Operators listed on Safari Intelligence LLC are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Safari Intelligence LLC. Safari Intelligence LLC does not control, manage, or supervise operator services.

3. Responsibility for Services

Operators are solely responsible for:

• The quality and safety of their safari services
• Accurate representation of their offerings
• Compliance with local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements
• All interactions and agreements with travelers

4. No Guarantee of Leads

Safari Intelligence LLC does not guarantee any leads, bookings, or business to listed operators. Listing on the platform is for informational and directory purposes only.

5. Listing Management

Safari Intelligence LLC reserves the right to:

• Add, modify, or remove operator listings at any time
• Assign or change verification badges based on internal criteria
• Remove listings that violate these terms or misrepresent services

6. User Data

Operators must not misuse any user data received through Safari Intelligence LLC. Any user information shared must be used solely for the purpose of providing requested safari services and must be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Accuracy of Information

Operators who claim their listing are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their business information. Safari Intelligence LLC is not liable for inaccuracies in operator-submitted information.
